The age-old question of "How do I start making games?" still gets asked a lot. The answer is "Just start!"

These days it's easier than ever to make a game! Multiple game engines are available for anyone to use! There are dozens of programming libraries available if you just want to code it yourself! All you need are the right tools and you're off to the races!

Contrary to what you might see on the internet, you don't need a custom-built PC to make something awesome! Getting a prebuilt machine or a decent laptop can get you where you want to go.

I've made a list based on various prebuilt machines and parts that can run any engine you need but shouldn't break your bank!
